Upcoming Show - John L. Shahdanian II!

With Valentine's Day around the corner, TGFM has kicked off a special series of programs on sexual harassment prevention. The show for this Saturday, February 10th, involves an interview with John L. Shahdanian II. John is a Seton Hall University Law School alumnus, specializing in employment and labor law. He is recognized as an expert on a variety of employment law topics, including sexual harassment and racial discrimination. In his conversation with Brother Greg, John will explore the best practices for anti-sexual harassment training, as well as how to draft effective company policies and procedures for reducing sexual harassment and gender discrimination. In addition to being a practicing attorney, he is a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. On Saturday, he will provide employers with advice on how to deal with sexual harassment claims. He'll go into detail about the proper investigation process, and explain how social media fits into the equation. Tune in for this important and helpful show!
